Well, to deflect some of the blame I must say at the time snow was not expected. Trailer stayed plenty warm, but something is definitely wrong with the hot water tank. Cold showers while in the desert is one thing, but cold showers when the temperature outside is 22 deg. is quite another.
Stayed at a nice park--The Creeks RV and Golf Resort. Full hook-ups including cable for $35.00. Will come back when the ice thaws.
